As a part of Skyscape ACLS-PALS There is the NALS guidelines
Although better than Epocrates Tables / NALS in that it is presented in algorithm
pattern but yet again very simple flow chart with only one step.
The flowchart presented in Skyscape Rapid PEC is much better.
