Need to be more interactive and there is an urgent

- Skyscape's BNFC 2008 has a beautiful vaccines chapter with monographs of
all vaccines plus further information about indications and contraindications
and other immunization issues.
- The UK schedule is included but unlike Shots app it is not interactive and is
not easy to look up which is a great disadvantage!
